Desarrollo de una aplicación mobile para la gestión remota de historias clínicas

Abstract

En este trabajo, se presenta el funcionamiento de la app mobile MiHCE (Mi Historia Clínica Electrónica). La misma permite el manejo y la administración de historias clínicas de los pacientes bajo tratamiento y/o consulta médica. La idea surgió al analizar las experiencias vividas en diferentes instituciones y centros médicos y la problemática recurrente al gestionar el historial médico. También influyó la problemática actual del COVID-19, donde es relevante llevar un control de los posibles síntomas y fechas de contagio para darle seguimiento y mantener el máximo cuidado y control con el contacto con otras personas. Teniendo toda la información médica cargada en la nube en un solo lugar, es posible consultar y verificar, por ejemplo, el estado de un tratamiento, qué remedios se están ingiriendo, qué cantidad, en qué medida, lo que permite tener un mayor control y facilidad de gestión.

In the present paper, the functionality of de mobile app MiHCE (Mi Historia Clínica Electrónica) is presented. It allows the management and administration of medical records of patients under medical treatments or consultation. The idea emerged after analysing the experiences lived in different institutions and medical centers and the recurrent problems when managing the medical history. The current problem of COVID-19 also influenced, where it is relevant to keep track of possible symptoms and dates of contagion to follow up and maintain the utmost care and control with contact with other people. Having all the medical information uploaded to the cloud in one place, it is possible to consult and verify, for example, the status of a treatment, what medicines are being taken, how much, to what extent, which allows greater control and ease of management.
