2025-06-092024Revista Produção e Desenvolvimento, v.102446-9580https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12272/13205Purpose: In the following work, the uncertainty in determining the power curve for a small wind turbine has been assessed. The power curve was measured with monitoring equipment specifically designed with quality components in order to ease the validation of the results. This work is included within the aims of the Proyecto de Redes Inteligentes con Energías Renovables (Smart Grids with Renewable Energies Project) (PRIER by its Spanish acronym) in the city of Armstrong, Argentina. Method: Monitoring equipment that can be moved and installed at the required measuring point has been designed. It allows the measuring and verification of the variables described. The system is connected to the Armstrong Cooperative electrical distribution grid (CELAR by its Spanish acronym), carrying out measurements from one of the wind turbines installed. Results: Using this equipment, the power curve for the wind turbine at the selected location has been obtained, and the uncertainties at this location have been assessed. Limitations: A verification and setting of parameters is necessary to make it fully functional for the Project’s purpose. Innovation: The equipment can fully determine a wind turbine’s functioning parameters in distributed generation. Its portability allows the moving to a required location.pdfen-USinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/AerogeneradorCurva de potenciaMonitoreoMonitoring of a wind in distributed generation : evaluation of the uncertainty in the determination of its power curve.info:eu-repo/semantics/articleAcceso abierto.
