Se considera que la propuesta es adecuada para aplicar a cualquier asignatura, pero el trabajo es el resultado de una investigación pedagógica en las disciplinas Química Básica y Química Física Básica en la que se analizaron los contenidos de los programas oficiales en la Escuela Media (EM) y Universitaria Inicial (UI), y sus efectos en la enseñanza–aprendizaje.
