Colautti, María Cecilia2025-03-312025-03-28https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12272/12566La presente investigación se enfoca en la prevención de accidentes laborales y enfermedades profesionales que afectan a los camilleros de la División Gestión Hotelería Hospitalaria (DGHH), del Hospital Militar Central - 601 (HMC-601), en CABA (Palermo). El trabajo analiza la problemática de los riesgos que enfrenta este personal durante su jornada laboral. A través de un estudio cuantitativo, se llevaron a cabo observaciones y entrevistas con el objetivo de identificar los factores que contribuyen a los accidentes y las enfermedades profesionales, tales como trastornos musculo esqueléticos y lesiones por esfuerzo físico. Se concluye que la falta de capacitación en técnicas de movilización y el uso inadecuado de equipo de protección personal son elementos críticos que agravan la situación. El estudio también resalta la importancia de implementar medidas preventivas, incluyendo formación en ergonomía y mejora en las condiciones de trabajo para minimizar los riesgos y proteger la salud de los camilleros. Se busca, en última instancia, contribuir a un entorno laboral más seguro y eficiente, tanto para el personal como para los pacientes del hospital.This research focuses on the prevention of work-related accidents and occupational diseases that affect stretcher-bearers in the Hospital Hospitality Management Division (DGHH) of the Central Military Hospital-601 (HMC-601), in CABA (Palermo). The study analyzes the risks faced by this staff during their workday. Through a quantitative study, observations and interviews were conducted with the aim of identifying the foctors that contribute to accidents and occupational diseases, such as musculoskeletal disorders and injuries due to physical exertion. It is concluded that the lack of training in handling techniques and the improper use of personal protective equipment are critical factors that worsen the situation. The study also highlights the importance of implementing preventive measures, including ergonomics training and improving working conditions to minimize risks and protect the health of the stretcher-bearers.
