Vivienda social sustentable y de bajo mantenimiento.

Abstract

El problema de la Vivienda en los grandes centros urbanos, afecta a la mayoría de las naciones del mundo y en mayor medida, a los países subdesarrollados, como es el caso de la República Argentina. En el caso de las Viviendas Sociales, se requiere una política activa, que tenga en cuenta para este tipo de construcciones, muy especialmente los costos de mantenimiento una vez adjudicadas a sus propietarios, que en la mayoría de los casos apenas cuentan con recursos suficientes, para hacer frente a la hipoteca del inmueble que van a habitar junto a sus familias. Esta Tesis de Maestría, intenta realizar un aporte significativo, en la búsqueda de una Vivienda Social Sustentable y de Bajo Mantenimiento; capaz de transformarse, en una solución definitiva, para miles de personas que sueñan con un techo propio.

The problem of housing in large urban centers affects most of the nations of the world and to a greater extent the underdeveloped countries, as is the case of the Argentine Republic. In the case of Social Housing, an active policy is required, which takes into account for this type of construction, especially the maintenance costs once awarded to their owners, who in most cases only have sufficient resources, to deal with the mortgage of the property they are going to live with their families. This Master's Thesis tries to make a significant contribution in the search for a Sustainable and Low Maintenance Social Housing; able to become a definitive solution for thousands of people who dream of their own roof.
