Industria 4.0 y su aplicación a escala regional. Caso parque industrial de Concepción del Uruguay, Entre Ríos

Abstract

El conjunto de actividades y tecnologías impulsan cambio hacia la industria 4.0. Esta transformación, implica, que una fábrica tenga información instantánea sobre el estado de sus máquinas o que una empresa conozca en tiempo real el uso que hacen los clientes de sus servicios. Para la implementación de estas tecnologías de producción se requiere de un cierto stock de capital humano lo cual lleva a la importancia del análisis del mismo. Los objetivos del estudio son por un lado establecer el grado de implementación de tecnologías 4.0, la calidad y nivel de los recursos humanos y si existe relación entre los recursos humanos que poseen las firmas y el grado de implementación de tecnologías 4.0. El estudio fue realizado sobre el parque industrial de Concepción del Uruguay del cual fueron encuestadas 22 empresas durante el segundo trimestre del año 2019. Se realizó un análisis descriptivo sobre las tecnologías implementadas relacionadas a la industria 4.0 a fin de lograr un primer estado de situación de las industrias del parque. La implementación por parte de las industrias de estas tecnologías en la muestra analizada es heterogénea. Dándose firmas que implementan gran cantidad de los ítems analizados como firmas que no tienen este nivel tecnológico en ninguna de las variables del estudio. Se pretende analizar el estado en cuanto a implementación de tecnologías 4.0, y el nivel de los recursos humanos y las acciones en post de su mejora en el parque industrial de la ciudad de Concepción del Uruguay. Y finalmente, si existe relación entre ambos niveles.

The set of activities and technologies drive change towards industry 4.0. This transformation implies that a factory has instantaneous information about the state of its machines or that a company knows in real time the use that customers make of its services. For the implementation of these production technologies, a certain stock of human capital is required, which leads to the importance of its analysis. The objectives of the study are, on the one hand, to establish the degree of implementation of 4.0 technologies, the quality and level of human resources and whether there is a relationship between the human resources that firms have and the degree of implementation of 4.0 technologies. The study was carried out on the industrial park of Concepción del Uruguay, of which 22 companies were surveyed during the second quarter of 2019. A descriptive analysis was carried out on the technologies implemented related to industry 4.0 in order to achieve a first status of the park industries. The implementation by the industries of these technologies in the sample analyzed is heterogeneous. Given signatures that implement a large number of the items analyzed as signatures that do not have this technological level in any of the study variables. The aim is to analyze the state in terms of the implementation of 4.0 technologies, and the level of human resources and the actions after their improvement in the industrial park of the city of Concepción del Uruguay. And finally, if there is a relationship between both levels.
