Reingeniería de un sistema tambero La Furia

Abstract

En este informe se presenta la realización del trabajo final de la carrera de Licenciatura en Administración Rural, de la Facultad Regional Villa María, Universidad Tecnológica Nacional. En la realización del mismo se plasman los conocimientos adquiridos durante los cuatro años de cursado mediante la utilización de herramientas y saberes otorgados por las distintas cátedras que se dictaron. Este trabajo es un modelo de la realidad de una reingeniería del establecimiento “La Furia” en la localidad de La Playosa. Su actividad principal es el tambo. El relevamiento de datos para la confección del mismo fue a través de la visita al lugar y de encuestas proporcionadas a los productores. Se basa en la campaña 2015-2016. This report presents the completion of the final work of the Degree in Rural Management, Regional Faculty Villa Maria, National Technological University. In the accomplishment of the same, the plasman the knowledge acquired during the years of cursado using the tool of tools and knowledge granted by the different chairs that were dictated. This work is a model of the reality of a reengineering of the establishment "La Furia" in the town of La Playosa. Its main activity is the tambo. The data collection for the preparation of the same was through the site visit and the surveys provided to the producers. It is based on the 2015-2016 campaign.
