Pizzas congeladas

Abstract

El proyecto de inversión que se desarrollará a continuación analiza la creación de una empresa dedicada a la elaboración de Pizzas congeladas. La empresa trabajará bajo la denominación Role Congelados constituyéndose como una Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada y comercializando sus productos bajo la marca Simón. La presentación de las pizzas rondará entre 530 y 790 gramos, sus variedades serán: Mozzarella, Mozzarella con Jamón, Mozzarella con Jamón y Morrón y por último Rellenas de Queso Dambo, Jamón y Morrón. La empresa pretenderá llegar a un público que busque optimizar y ahorrar su tiempo en la cocina con un producto rico y saludable, libre de conservantes. Estará ubicada en el Parque Industrial de Paraná de las Palmas en la ciudad de Zarate, provincia de Buenos Aires, desde allí se distribuirán los productos a los puntos de ventas. Se analizaron los costos de distribución con flota de camiones propios y con la contratación de servicios de terceros, determinando que es conveniente contratar el servicio, siendo este el de menor costo. Para poner en marcha la empresa serán necesarios $37.953.687,18 de inversión, en la que se considera la infraestructura (incluido el terreno), las maquinarias y equipos, los muebles y útiles. El recupero de la inversión será a partir del cuarto año. Analizados el financiamiento con capital propio y el financiamiento con capital de terceros, se determinó que es conveniente el aporte propio. El VAN sin financiamiento se calculó con una TMAR del 25% obteniendo como resultado $ 35.203.169,13 y la TIR del 50%.

The investment project that will be developed next analyzes the creation of a company dedicated to the production of frozen pizzas. The company will work under the name Role frozen, establishing itself as a Limited Liability Company and marketing its products under the Simón brand. The presentation of the pizzas will be between 530 and 790 grams, their varieties will be: Mozzarella, Mozzarella with Ham, Mozzarella with Ham and Bell Pepper and finally Stuffed with Dambo Cheese, Ham and Bell Pepper. The company will pretend to reach a target consumer that seeks to optimize and save their time in the kitchen with a rich and healthy product, free of preservatives. It will be located in the Paraná de las Palmas Industrial Park in the city of Zárate, province of Buenos Aires. From there the products will be distributed to the points of sale. Were analyzed the costs of distribution with own truck fleet and with the hiring of third-party services, determining that is convenient to contract the service, this being the lowest cost. To start the company, they will be neccesary $ 37,953,687.18 investment, considering infrastructure (including ground), machinery and equipment, furniture and supplies. The recovery of the investment will be from the fourth year. Analized the financing with own capital and the financing with third-party capital were, it was determined that is appropriate the own contribution. The NPV without financing was calculated with a TMAR of 25% obtaining $ 35.203.169,13 and the IRR of 50%.
