Análisis y desarrollo de una empresa destinada a la elaboración de fibras e hilados textiles a partir de PET reciclado

Abstract

La presente idea de negocio se basa en el análisis de factibilidad y desarrollo de una empresa destinada a la elaboración de fibras e hilados textiles a partir de PET reciclado. Dicha empresa se establecerá bajo la razón social “Kubay SRL”, y se ubicará dentro de la categoría de Pequeñas y Medianas empresas (PyMe) debido a su nivel de facturación. Kubay ofrecerá dos productos diferentes; Por un lado, fibras textiles de filamento sólido y 12 deniers, comercializadas en bolsas de 100 kg cada una. También, hilos en formato de bobinas de 4000 mts., fabricados a partir de dichas fibras. Hacia el primer año, se proyecta una venta de 17.520 pallets de 100kg de fibra textil y 96.552 cajas de 20 bobinas de hilo. El proyecto estará ubicado en el Parque Industrial Ruta 6 de Los Cardales, Provincia de Buenos Aires. Las ventas se centrarán en las provincias de Santa Fe, Entre Ríos, Provincia de Buenos Aires y Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, a través de canales directos e indirectos. El objetivo principal de la realización del proyecto se basa en la concientización sobre los beneficios del reciclado, la economía circular, y el uso de materias primas recicladas en el día a día de las personas. Generando así, una retroalimentación y un cuidado en el ambiente que se habita. Se busca que la sociedad conozca que, desde un desperdicio, como lo es una botella, se pueden obtener bienes para el consumo de las personas. La inversión inicial requerida para comenzar con el Proyecto alcanza una suma de $282.901.464,7, considerando infraestructura, muebles y útiles, máquinas y equipos y luminaria. Para cubrir la misma, cada socio realizará un aporte correspondiente y se solicitará al Banco Nación un préstamo de $200.000.000. Además, el proyecto cuenta con una rentabilidad mínima del 50%. A partir del financiamiento con terceros, la inversión inicial se recupera en el tercer año de actividad y los indicadores financieros arrojan una TIR de 83,96% y un VAN de $103.787.640
