Nueva dependencia Centro Cívico Concepción del Uruguay

Abstract

En la ciudad de Concepción del Uruguay, provincia de Entre Ríos, a través de un relevamiento, entrevistas y encuestas con personas idóneas se detectan tres problemáticas que se deciden resolver en este proyecto final. Por un lado, se trabajan sobre los edificios donde se desarrollan las actividades de Municipalidad de Concepción del Uruguay, Poder Judicial de la Provincia de Entre Ríos, Bomberos Voluntarios de Concepción del Uruguay y Comisaria Segunda de la Provincia de Entre Ríos, en donde se detectan deficiencias edilicias con respecto a las necesidades tanto de los funcionarios como del ciudadano en general que hace uso de estas instalaciones. Se diseña un establecimiento que descentraliza funciones del Municipio y del Poder Judicial, además se plantea una puesta en valor de la Comisaria Segunda y se esboza un nuevo edificio para Bomberos Voluntarios. Se profundiza sobre la estructura resistente del primero de los edificios de la propuesta, llegando a nivel de proyecto ejecutivo. Por otro lado, se analiza la Avenida J. Lauría, ampliando la misma para otorgar así un mejor nivel de servicio atendiendo a la gran demanda de esta importante arteria que funciona como intercambiador de tránsito de aquellos que se dirigen al centro poblacional como aquel que busca ir hacia las afueras de la ciudad. En el mismo se plantean colectoras para asegurar así un tránsito más fluido disminuyendo los puntos de conflictos, permitiendo brindar jerarquía al tránsito que circule por la Avenida. Por último, se trabaja sobre el reacondicionamiento y mejoramiento de la urbanización del sector de la sub-cuenca denominada “FAPU”, al oeste de la ciudad. La tarea en cuestión fue encomendada por el municipio de la ciudad de Concepción del Uruguay; y tiene por objetivo, entre otras cosas, mejorar las condiciones actuales de los desagües mediante la realización de entubados y renovación de alcantarillas.

In Concepción del Uruguay, Entre Ríos province, through a process of surveys and interviews with qualified people we could identify three issues that are going to be solved in this final project. On the one hand, we work on the following buildings: Concepción del Uruguay City Hall and firefighter station; Entre Ríos Justice building and Second police station. In these constructions, we can find building deficiencies in the needs of the employees and citizens that use these facilities. We design an establishment to decentralize the functions of the city hall and Justice system, besides, we propose to restore and revalue the Second police station, and we outline a new building for the firefighter station. We deepen on the resistant structure of the first building of the proposal, getting to the executive level of the project. On the other hand, we analyse J. Lauría Avenue, expanding it to grant a better service that considers the great demand for this important artery that functions as an exchanger of traffic for those who go to the city centre as for those who want to go to the outskirts of the city. Here we propose collector roads to assure more fluid traffic to decrease points of conflict, allowing hierarchy to the traffic that circulates on the Avenue. Finally, we work on the reconditioning and improvement of the urbanization of the sector of the sub-hollow named ‘FAPU’, located on the west side of the city. This task was entrusted by Concepción del Uruguay city hall, and it aims to improve the current conditions of the drains through the creation of pipes and renovations of sewers.
