Resumen
Forest harvest remains are presented as a renewable alternative for energy generation. This
project seeks to evaluate the type and quantity of potentially usable forest residues in the
northeast of Entre Ríos province, as well as their own harvest costs and nutrients extraction.
Preliminary results shown that in Eucalyptus grandis harvested plantation, remains in field
around 43 tons per hectare (stem, branches, leaves, bark) which were cut down but not used.
