Abstract
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivos por una parte caracterizar y describir a la provincia de Entre Ríos en base a diferentes variables de una base de firmas industriales de provincia que abarca datos generales como empleo, exportación, tamaño y datos específicos como conductas de I+D, presencia de doctores, esfuerzos incorporados entre otros. Por otra parte, intentará definir que variables independientes condicionan los resultados de innovación de las firmas de la provincia mediante un análisis econométrico. Se pretende explicar el estado de las empresas provinciales en cuanto a resultados de innovación, y que variables condicionan estos
resultados a fin de poder a futuro desarrollar acciones que mejoren las mismas. Se busca realizar una contribución al estado de conocimiento de la provincia a fin de ayudar para futuras acciones en políticas públicas. Se comenzará con un análisis de antecedentes y bibliografía especializada a fin de justificar la elección de variables y el modelo de elección, luego se utilizará una de base de datos de firmas industriales de la provincia de Entre Ríos, que originariamente se relevaron en el marco de un proyecto financiado por la Universidad Tecnológica Nacional (Argentina) que estudiaba productividad y resultados de innovación en el periodo 2011 – 2015. Dicho relevamiento se efectuó en base a encuestas presenciales y telefónicas, alcanzando el total de 131 casos sobre un universo de 1520 firmas identificadas en base a información secundaria de Cámaras Empresariales, datos provinciales y del Ministerio de Trabajo, Empleo y Seguridad Social de la República Argentina. La misma, busco ser representativa a tres niveles, sectorial, geográfico y de tamaño de firmas a fin de poder hacer inferencias de la provincia en base a los datos de la muestra. Con ella se realizará una serie análisis de frecuencias relativas, tablas personalizadas y correlaciones para describir el comportamiento de la misma. En base a estos resultados se realizará las conclusiones en base a los objetivos del estudio. Si bien no se ha concluido el trabajo se puede adelantar que de la muestra el 47,5% ha innovado en producto, el 37,9% en proceso, el 30,2% en organización y
finalmente el 25,0% en comercialización. A partir, de análisis preliminares se ha establecido la importancia de variables como: capacitación, compra de máquinas y equipos y hardware y software en los resultados de innovación de las firmas de la muestra.
The present work aims to characterize and describe the province of Entre Ríos based on different variables of a base of provincial firms that covers general data such as employment, export, size and specific data such as R & D behaviors, Presence of doctors, incorporated efforts among others. On the other hand, it will try to define that independent variables condition the results of innovation of the firms of the province through an econometric analysis. It is intended to explain the state of provincial companies in terms of innovation results, and that variables condition these results in order to be able in the future to develop actions that improve them. This survey was carried out based on face-toface and telephone surveys, reaching a total of 131 cases in a universe of 1520 firms identified Based on secondary information from Business Chambers, provincial data and the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security of the Argentine Republic. The same, I seek to be representative at three levels, sectoral, geographical and size of signatures in order to be able to make inferences of the province based on the data of the sample. With it will be made a series of analysis of relative frequencies, personalized tables and correlations to describe the behavior of the same. Based on these results the conclusions will be made based on the objectives of the study. Although the work has not been completed, it can be anticipated that 47.5% of the sample has innovated in product, 37.9% in process, 30.2% in organization and finally 25.0% in marketing. Starting from preliminary analyzes, the importance of variables such as training, purchase of machines and equipment and hardware and software in the innovation results of the signatures of the sample has been established.
