Abstract
El sector de la producción aviar en la Argentina, ha evidenciado un crecimiento muy importante en la última década, conformando un polo de producción con presencia de empresas de capitales nacionales orientadas al mercado interno y externo. Para lograr óptimos resultados en la crianza de aves y su engorde además de la genética se necesitan dos servicios vitales para lograr alcanzar los resultados: el primero los servicios de nutrición, como preparación de mezcla, núcleos, y aditivos alimenticios para las aves. El segundo los medicamentos para tratamiento de enfermedades que mejoran las funciones del sistema digestivo, a fin de lograr las tasas de conversión entre alimento y aumento de peso, y finalmente vacunas.
El presente trabajo tiene como objeto caracterizar los proveedores especializados en el sector aviar de la provincia de Entre Ríos, describiendo diferentes variables de las firmas a fin de describir el sector enfocándose como variables de corte la innovación y productividad. Para realizar el presente trabajo se realizó una muestra de 54 proveedoras del sector aviar de las de provincias de Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Entre Ríos y Santa Fe. Las mismas fueron relevadas mediante un cuestionario que se realizó en entrevistas personales y telefónicas, además se tomaron datos secundarios de cámaras que las nuclean y de sus sitios web institucionales. Se analizó variables como tamaño de la firmas (por facturación), origen de las firmas, tipos de productos, exportación, productividad e innovación en sus diferentes niveles.
Algunos resultados de esta muestra serán expresados a continuación: En cuanto a innovación los resultados en incrementales y radicales en producto alcanzan el 78%, en procesos el 60%, en servicios el 50% y finalmente en comercialización el 50%. En cuando a productividad medida como facturación sobre cantidad de empleados se ve una gran dispersión con un rango de $3.650.000 y un promedio aproximado a $1.290.000 por empleado anual.
The poultry production sector in Argentina, has seen a significant growth in the last decade, forming a production hub with presence of domestic capital companies focused on the domestic and foreign markets. For best results in poultry and fattening addition to genetic two vital services needed to achieve achieve results: the first nutrition services in preparation of mixture, cores, and food additives for birds. The second drugs improve treatment of diseases of the digestive system functions, to achieve rates between feed conversion and weight gain, and finally vaccines. This paper aims to characterize the avian specialist suppliers in the sector of the province of Entre Rios. Describing different variables of the firms to describe the industry focus in innovation and productivity. To perform this study a sample of 54 suppliers of poultry sector of provinces of Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Entre Ríos and Santa Fe. They were surveyed by questionnaire held in personal and telephone interviews were conducted, also they were taken secondary data from cameras that nucleate and their institutional websites. Variables were analyzed as size companies (by revenue), origin of firms, types of products, export, productivity and innovation at all levels.
