Servicios auxiliares metalúrgica Pecarí

Abstract

El siguiente proyecto consiste en el diseño de los servicios auxiliares de una nave industrial totalmente nueva, para una metalúrgica que se encuentra funcionando en la ciudad de Concepción del Uruguay (Entre Ríos). Los servicios que se abarcan son, eléctrico, iluminación, neumático y gas para soldadura. Dentro de estos se destaca el estudio de potencia total instalada y por circuitos, la distribución de tableros, selección de elementos de protección y maniobra. Como así también el diseño de la puesta a tierra. En la parte iluminación se hizo un estudio de los requerimientos según las actividades realizadas por sector, se seleccionaron luminarias y lámparas, teniendo en cuenta el marco normativo nacional. Lo que concierne a gases industriales, en este caso aire comprimido y gas para soldadura. Se determinó consumo y necesidad, según la actividad realizada. De esta manera se realizó el diseño y cálculo de cañerías, como así también de los puntos de consumo

The next project is the design of auxiliary services in a completely new metallurgical factory for that is operating in the city of Concepcion del Uruguay (Entre Rios). The included services are, electric, lighting, pneumatic and gas welding. Among these, it stands out the study of total installed power and circuits, distribution boards, selection of protective elements and maneuver as well as the design of the grounding. In the lighting piece of this work, the requirements were investigated according to the activities carried out by sector, selecting luminaires and lamps taking into account the national regulatory framework. Regarding industrial gases, in this case the compressed air and gas for welding, consumption and needs were determined according to the activity being carried out. In this way, the design and calculation of piping as well as the points of consumption were performed
