Diseño de servicios para cabina de granallado y pintado

Abstract

El presente proyecto describe la ingeniería para los servicios auxiliares de fuerza motriz, iluminación, gas y aire comprimido, para una nueva planta de granallado y pintura de la empresa metalúrgica ALBACE. El estudio parte con la determinación de la mejor tecnología en granallado, para luego diseñar los servicios auxiliares de fuerza motriz y aire comprimido, sus trazas y la selección componentes, analizando finalmente con un estudio de residuos y desperdicios.This project describes the engineering for the auxiliary power, lighting, gas, and compressed air services for a new shot blasting and painting plant for the metalworking company ALBACE. The study begins by determining the best shot blasting technology, then designs the auxiliary power and compressed air services, their layouts, and component selection. Finally, the study analyzes the waste and residues.
