Abstract
Este proyecto tiene lugar en una importante industria avícola de la ciudad, la cual
desea mejorar su productividad y cuenta, en su descarga y desapilado de jaulas, un cuello de botella. Para solucionar esto, se le propuso realizar un sistema integro que comienza en la descarga y llega hasta el lavado de jaulas, incluyendo su desapilado.
Se compone de: Zona de descarga: la cual, mediante un malacate, el operario, sin realizar un mal movimiento o un exceso de fuerza, descarga las columnas de 8 jaulas del camión proveniente de las granjas. Desapilador: mediante un sistema neumático de agarre y apoyo, va liberando cada fila de jaulas hacia la zona de colgado. Lavadora: consta de 3 etapas: lavado, enjuague y sanitizado. En los primeros dos se utiliza agua a presión, con el fin de limpiar lo mejor posible la jaula, y el ultimo paso es un rociado de sanitizante, impuesto por SENASA. La coordinación de estos componentes se realiza mediante un Controlador Lógico Programable y un conjunto de sensores en campo. Para finalizar con este proyecto, se hizo un cómputo de materiales.
This project takes place in an important poultry industry in the area, which wants to improve its productivity and has a bottleneck in the unloading and de-stacking of crates. To solve this, it was proposed to create an integral system that starts from the unloading to the washing of the cages, including their de-stacking. The project consists of: Unloading area: by using a winch, the operator unloads the columns of 8 crates from the truck coming from the farms. Destacker: it has a pneumatic gripping and lifting system, which releases each row of crates towards the poultry hanging area. Crates washer: consists of 3 stages: washing, rinsing and sanitising. In the first two stages, pressurised water is used in order to clean the crates as well as possible. In the last stage, sanitising liquid is injected. The coordination of these components is done by means of a Programmable Logic Controller and a set of sensors placed in the area.To finish with this project, a materials computation was made. Finally, the budget and the list of materials were made.
