Abstract
El Observatorio Astronómico de la Universidad Tecnológica Nacional UTN Facultad Regional San Francisco participa en el programa internacional on-line de búsqueda y descubrimiento de asteroides “Colaboración Internacional de Búsqueda Astronómica” (IASC: International Astronomical Search Collaboration). En junio de 2018 se formó el Grupo I + D (Investigación y Desarrollo) GOAs en la UTN Facultad Regional San Francisco. Desde junio de 2018 se han reportado más de 440 posibles
asteroides de los cuales desde enero de 2021 el Minor Planet Center (MPC) ha reconocido que 8 son probables nuevos asteroides. El trabajo describe características de los 8 probables nuevos asteroides (descubrimientos provisionales) y la relevancia de tales descubrimientos. La participación en el Programa IASC continúa sin interrupciones desde 2018 hasta la fecha.
