Abstract
El trabajo está vinculado al proyecto de investigación “Diagnóstico sobre vías de comunicación
terrestres como barreras o centralidades en la sectorización de barrios”. El caso sobre el que se
trabaja es el de Villa Luro en el que participan docentes de asignaturas de Ingeniería Civil, UTN.
BA. Diseño Arquitectónico Planeamiento y Urbanismo II, del 5to año, toma, durante 2012, la
problemática sobre barreras e identidad-pertenencia y propone como tema de trabajo práctico
la “Aldea para todos”, aquella donde no se encuentren presentes barreras que pudieran generar
discriminación.
Interesa mostrar una manera de enseñanza-aprendizaje, donde la transferencia recíproca investigación docencia y la participación activa de estudiantes arrojan resultados beneficiosos para el
futuro ingeniero.

Case Villa Luro”, which involved teaching Civil Engineering subjects, UTN.BA. Architectural Design, Planning and Urban II, the 5th year, take, in 2012, the issue of barriers and identity-belonging and proposes practical working theme the “Village for all”, one where no barriers are present that could lead to discrimination.
