Abstract
En el presente proyecto final de carrera se realizó el diseño de una planta de secado y acopio de cereales de capacidad de almacenamiento de 1200 toneladas, con una alternativa de ampliación de 3200 toneladas destinado a los granos de maíz, trigo y soja. Dicha planta se diseñó para ser instalada en un predio de 1 hectárea ubicado sobre la ruta provincial número 20 a 600 metros del acceso a la ciudad de Urdinarrain en dirección hacia Basavilbaso, en el departamento de Gualeguaychú provincia de Entre Ríos, Argentina.
Se diseñó un tipo de planta basado en la necesidad del productor agrícola, el mismo presenta factores que influyen en la obtención de ganancia, como: la pérdida en la trazabilidad del cereal producido, el elevado costo en el movimiento y secado del cereal en plantas de terceros, el mal aprovechamiento de los fletes internos y la pérdida en masa del cereal a ser tratado.
Se seleccionaron y calcularon los diferentes transportes de cereal internos como: las tuberías de carga y descarga de los silos de almacenamiento, trasporte a cangilones, roscas transportadoras, redlers y cintas trasportadoras. Además, se diseñó el diagrama de flujo y el Lay Out de la planta de secado y acopio de cereales.
Se realizó un análisis económico para evaluar la inversión, considerando la instalación y sus costos operativos, evaluándose la rentabilidad de la planta para encontrar el tiempo de recupero de la inversión.
In this current final project of academic career, was realized the design of a drying unit and storage of cereals with capacity of storage of 1200 tons, with an alternative of extension of 3200 tons destined to the grains of Maize, Wheat and Soybean. This plant was designed to be installed in a 1 hectare property, located on Route number 20, 600 meters from the access of Urdinarrain city, in the direction of Basavilbaso, in the department of Gualeguaychú, province of Entre Rios, Argentina. A type of plant was designed based on the need of the agricultural producer, since this one has factors that influence the gains, as: the loss in the traceability of the produced cereal. The high cost in the movement and drying of the cereal in third plants. The different internal cereal transports were selected and calculated as: pipes for loading and unloading storages in silage, transport to buckets, conveying screw, Redlers and conveyor belts. In addition, a flow diagram and Lay Out of the cereal drying and collection plant were designed. An economic analysis was carried out to evaluate the investment, considering the installation and operating costs. In turn, the profitability of the plant was analyzed to determine how long it is possible to amortize the plant.
