Abstract
The present investment project focuses on the research, analysis, and evaluation of the feasibility of producing and commercializing soybean-based biodiesel. This biofuel aims to generate clean energy and reduce environmental impact, and has been gaining traction in the market for some time. It can be used 100% pure or blended with diesel (fossil fuel) for use in internal combustion engines, replacing non-renewable fuels either partially or entirely. Various biodiesel production alternatives were studied, as well as different technologies and procedures currently applied, with the aim of optimizing resources as effectively as possible. The product brand and company name will be "Bio R&S," and it will be established as a Limited Liability Company (LLC). It will be located in the city of San Justo, Province of Santa Fe, Argentina, on a site with access to provincial and national routes. Finally, an economic and financial analysis was conducted, determining the profitability of the project's initial investment, which amounts to $4.557.202.347. This covers the land, infrastructure, machinery, and equipment, as well as everything needed to set up and operate the company. Two possible alternatives were evaluated: funding the investment with our own capital or through thirdparty financing. The final decision was to opt for third-party financing, as it provides greater leverage with an TIR of 285,08%
