Diseño de línea de procesamiento de sangre en planta de faena PPA San Justo

Abstract

El presente proyecto muestra un estudio y análisis tecnológico aplicado al procesamiento de la sangre que se obtiene como residuo productivo de una planta de faena avícola, acentuado por la ampliación proyectada de dicha planta. Los objetivos principales se orientan a buscar la mejor solución para el tratamiento de este subproducto, cuyo manejo como efluente se vuelve insostenible. Finalmente, el trabajo aborda el diseño detallado del proceso para la obtención de “harina de sangre” mediante el sistema de “Deshidratación y Secado en Régimen Continuo”, incluyendo también el análisis económico y financiero del retorno de inversión.This project presents an study and a technological analysis applied to processing of blood, which is obtained as a productive byproduct in a poultry processing plant, further emphasized by the projected expansion of the plant. The main objectives are to identify the most efective solution for the treatment of this byproduct, whose management as effluent has become unsustainable. Finally, the study addresses the detailed design of the process for obtaining "blood meal" through the "Continuous Dehydration and Drying System", also including the economic and financial analysis of the return on investment
