Diseño y planificación de residencia universitaria “La Estación” y comedor estudiantil y espacio recreativo “El Andén”

Abstract

El presente Proyecto Final de ingeniería civil se centra en el desarrollo integral para la construcción de una residencia y comedor destinados a estudiantes de nivel terciario y universitario en la ciudad de Concepción del Uruguay. El objetivo principal de este proyecto es ampliar las posibilidades de alojamiento y alimentación para los estudiantes foráneos que residen en la ciudad, contribuyendo así a mejorar su calidad de vida y facilitar su acceso a la educación. El contexto de Concepción del Uruguay presenta un incremento constante en la matrícula estudiantil de nivel terciario y universitario, lo que ha generado una creciente demanda de viviendas y servicios de alimentación para los estudiantes provenientes de otras localidades. En este proyecto se aborda dicha problemática a través de un enfoque multidisciplinario que integra aspectos de la ingeniería civil, la arquitectura, la planificación urbana y la gestión de servicios. El trabajo comienza con un análisis detallado de las necesidades de los estudiantes foráneos, considerando aspectos como la ubicación estratégica de la residencia y el diseño de un comedor que ofrezca opciones alimenticias balanceadas y accesibles. Se abordan también cuestiones de sostenibilidad, accesibilidad, seguridad y comodidad. Dentro de la planificación urbana, se busca rescatar, restaurar e intervenir espacios y estructuras históricas existentes que se encuentran abandonadas, con el propósito de su aprovechamiento por parte de la sociedad. Esto no solo preserva el patrimonio cultural de la ciudad, sino que también enriquece el tejido urbano y promueve una mayor integración entre la historia y el presente. El diseño arquitectónico y de ingeniería civil se basa en principios de eficiencia espacial y funcional, aprovechando al máximo los recursos disponibles y garantizando la durabilidad y resistencia de las estructuras. La gestión de servicios abarca desde la provisión de alimentos hasta la administración de la residencia, con un énfasis en la promoción de un ambiente propicio para el aprendizaje y el bienestar de los estudiantes. Además, se considera la viabilidad económica y financiera del proyecto, evaluando fuentes de financiamiento y posibles alianzas con instituciones educativas y gubernamentales. En resumen, este proyecto de residencia y comedor para estudiantes de nivel terciario y universitario en Concepción del Uruguay busca brindar una solución integral a las necesidades de alojamiento y alimentación de los estudiantes foráneos. Además, contribuye al desarrollo de la ciudad al promover la educación superior y el intercambio cultural, fortaleciendo así la comunidad estudiantil y el crecimiento de la región, al mismo tiempo que rescata y revitaliza espacios históricos para el disfrute de la sociedad en su conjunto.The present Final Project in civil engineering focuses on the comprehensive development for the construction of a residence and dining hall for tertiary and university level students in the city of Concepción del Uruguay. Within urban planning, the project aims to rescue, restore, and intervene in existing historical spaces and structures that are currently abandoned, with the purpose of utilizing them for the benefit of society. This not only preserves the cultural heritage of the city but also enriches the urban fabric and promotes greater integration between history and the present. The architectural and civil engineering design is based on principles of spatial and functional efficiency, making the most of available resources and ensuring the durability and resilience of the structures. Service management covers everything from food provision to the administration of the residence, with an emphasis on promoting an environment conducive to learning and student wellbeing. Additionally, the economic and financial viability of the project is considered, evaluating funding sources and potential partnerships with educational and governmental institutions. In summary, this project for a residence and dining hall for tertiary and university level students in Concepción del Uruguay seeks to provide a comprehensive solution to the housing and food needs of foreign students.
