Centro de transferencia de cargas Concepción del Uruguay

Abstract

En la ciudad de Concepción del Uruguay, provincia de Entre Ríos, luego de un intensivo relevamiento, encuestas e investigaciones con diferentes personas y entidades de la ciudad, se detectaron tres problemáticas a las cuales se decide darles una solución a través de este proyecto final de carrera. La principal problemática sobre la cual se trabajó fue la que afecta actualmente el tránsito de la ciudad de Concepción del Uruguay, debido a la gran recurrencia de camiones de mediano y alto porte que superan la capacidad que tienen las calles hoy en día, provocando un gran deterioro y daño de la infraestructura de la misma. Esta problemática se resuelve con el planteo de un Centro de Transferencia de Cargas, destinado a recibir todos los camiones que superen el límite de carga y peso determinado por una normativa o decreto de la ciudad, y descarguen allí toda su mercadería y productos para luego efectuar el traspaso a vehículos que si estén autorizados a circular dentro de la misma y que no representen un potencial de peligro al tránsito y a los ciudadanos. Dentro del mismo predio, se trabaja también sobre un edificio de oficinas destinado a todas las empresas e industrias que quieran hacer uso de las instalaciones, y un restaurante abierto a todo el público que desee concurrir. Se trabaja también sobre la pavimentación y reorganización de las calles perimetrales al predio, para lograr una correcta circulación, ingreso y egreso al mismo, y para resolver la problemática que actualmente sufren los vecinos, debido a que es una zona que posee un gran flujo de circulación de vehículos de alto porte ya que se encuentra muy próximo al Parque Industrial de la ciudad. Por último, se trabajó sobre la infraestructura hidráulica necesaria para lograr un correcto uso de todas las calles trabajadas en el anteproyecto vial, planteando un sistema de drenaje pluvial que conlleva a que los habitantes de la zona no sufran anegamientos frente a las precipitaciones y de esta forma dar respuesta a las necesidades actuales y futuras, y brindar a la ciudadanía un servicio mejor.

After intensive surveys and research carried out in Concepción del Uruguay, Entre Ríos, it was possible to identify three different issues which have led to the making of the present final degree project. The prevailing problematic traffic in the city was the main issue to be worked on. The high recurrence of medium duty trucks and heavy duty trucks which exceed the weight capacity streets possess, result in deterioration and damage of their infrastructure. This problem can be solved by establishing a Cargo Transfer Station, intended for the reception of all those trucks which overcome both the load limit and the weight determined by the city’s regulation. Trucks could unload goods there in order to transfer them to vehicles that are authorized to run in the area and that do not represent potential hazard for the traffic or the citizens. Two more buildings could be developed inside the property. An office building destined to all those companies and industries which wish to make use of the facilities, and a restaurant for those who wish to know the gastronomic offers. Work on paving and reorganization of the surrounding streets has been designed in order to achieve a proper circulation and mobility -entry and exit points- to solve the current issue which the neighbors are suffering from, considering it is an area of heavy duty traffic due to its proximity to the Industrial Park of the city. Lastly, a hydraulic infrastructure has been planned with a view to accomplish the correct use of the streets worked on the road draft, raising a storm drainage system which would allow inhabitants not to suffer from flooding and therefore give an answer to the existing and future needs by providing better service.
