Abstract
This paper object is to make a measurement project and characterization about the wave climate in Necochea and Quequén (Figure 1b), two cities next to each other located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The finality is to create a data base to be useful to the design of the wave power device developed by the National Technological University. The results that could be obtain of this project are going to be used to define the technical requirements that the wave power device must accomplish.
