Abstract
The resolution to three civil problems of a road, hydraulic and building nature existing in the city of Chajarí, province of Entre Ríos, is presented. To establish the specific objectives, an analysis of local needs was carried out, highlighting a problem in a strategic point of the city and the lack of a space that includes sports and recreational activities suitable for all audiences. In the first place, regarding the road and hydraulic field, the resolution of a road conflict point at the intersection of Provincial Route N° 2 in the section called "Tres Hermanas" Circunvalación Chajarí and Avenida Belgrano is proposed due to the large number of accidents, as well as the resurfacing and correct hydraulic runoff of the aforementioned bypass. In the second instance, based on a survey of the city, the need to develop the first sports and recreational center in the city was determined. In the final part, the structural resolution of the preliminary building project was raised to the executive project level, calculating in detail the different elements that make up the mixed steel and reinforced concrete structure, paying special attention to the joints between them. The analysis is supported and verified by calculation software.
