Abstract
En la ciudad de Concepción del Uruguay, provincia de Entre Ríos, a través de un
relevamiento, entrevistas y encuestas con personas idóneas se detectaron tres problemáticas que se decidieron resolver en este Proyecto Final de Carrera. Se tomó como área de intervención el Parque Industrial de la ciudad de Concepción del Uruguay, detectándose problemáticas de índole arquitectónico, vial e hidráulico.
Primeramente, se observó la ausencia de un edificio corporativo, resolviéndose la
construcción de un Edificio Administrativo para solventar las deficiencias edilicias con respecto a las necesidades tanto de los funcionarios como del ciudadano en general que hace uso de las instalaciones. Por otro lado, se trabajó sobre el acceso al Parque Industrial ubicado en la intersección de Ruta Provincial N° 42 y Calle de Servicio, donde se revolvió cambiar la traza actual generando nuevos perfiles y adicionando carriles de ingreso y egreso, con el fin de brindar mejores condiciones de tránsito en dicha infraestructura. Se reacondicionó la traza interna del Parque Industrial, realizando la pavimentación del Sector Norte y proveyendo al mismo de un sistema hidráulico para evacuación de los pluviales. Por último, se trabajó sobre la subcuenca del Arroyo la China, sobre la que se implanta el Parque Industrial, la misma está ubicada al Sur Este del acceso principal de la Ciudad de Concepción del Uruguay. Se resolvió generar un sistema de captación de aguas pluviales almacenada en un Tanque redirigiéndose las mismas por una red de distribución dotada de hidrantes.
This final degree project aims to solve three problems that were detected in Concepcion del Uruguay, Entre Rios through several surveys and interviews of residents as well as site inspections. The Industrial Park of the city was taken as the intervention area, detecting problems of architectural, road and hydraulic nature. Firstly, the absence of a corporate building was observed, resolving the construction of an Administrative Building to solve these deficiencies and to account for the needs of both officials and citizen who use these facilities. On the other hand, an inspection was done on the access to the Industrial Park located at the intersection of Provincial Route No. 42 and Service Street, where it was determined to change the current layout, generating new profiles and adding entry and exit lanes in order to provide better traffic conditions. The internal layout of the Industrial Park needs to be reconditioned, paving the North Sector and creating a new hydraulic system for the evacuation of rainwater. Lastly, the Sub Basin of the Arroyo la China located at the South East of the main city access where Industrial Park is implanted was evaluated. It was decided to generate a system for capturing rainwater stored in a tank, redirecting it through a distribution network equipped with hydrants.
