Abstract
En el presente estudio se analiza la necesidad de efectuar el proceso de embebido de las mallas
que actúan como agentes de calentamiento en la soldadura de materiales poliméricos empleados
en la manufactura de piezas complejas y/o de pared delgada. A partir de este procedimiento se
conforma un conjunto malla – película (malla embebida) para: a) efectuar el proceso de inserción
en una de las caras de la interfaz a soldar, cuando de acuerdo con los factores geométricos, resulte
necesario este procedimiento previo a la soldadura o b) ser utilizadas en la interfaz de soldadura
como agente de calentamiento.
In the present study we analyze the need to perform the embedding process of the meshes that act as heating agents in the welding of polymeric materials used in the manufacture of complex and/or thin wall parts. From this procedure, a mesh-film assembly (embedded mesh) is formed to: a) make the insertion process on one of the faces of the interface to be welded, when, according to geometric factors, this procedure is necessary prior to welding or b) be used in the welding interface as a heating agent.
