Abstract
Within the framework of the research project “Evaluate the feasibility of developing an e-blended proposal for the Industrial Engineering career of the National Technological University (UTN), researchers from the Regional Faculties of Córdoba (FRC) and San Nicolás (FRSN), carried out various studies to characterize a hybrid design applicable to the specialty. The first works focused on technical and instrumental aspects, such as the feasibility of implementation, applicability, regulatory framework in UTN and proven experiences of EaD designs. Then, progress was made in the analysis of opportunities for e-blended teaching electives and a preliminary proposal for a hybrid design by competencies. Finally, the context and interest groups were analyzed, with the aim of investigating the main needs and appreciations among users (students, teachers) and career management referents (directors and coordinators) through semi-structured questionnaires. The results obtained are described in the present work. The methodology used presents a mixed approach and techniques based on complementarity for triangulation. E-blended proposals increasingly impact pure trends (virtual or face-to-face) in Higher Education, consolidating institutionally supported spaces that favor accessibility, massiveness and the development of new skills mediated by technology
