Abstract
El objetivo del presente proyecto es lograr el funcionamiento automatizado de una planta que produce hormigón elaborado, ubicada en la ciudad de Urdinarrain, Entre Ríos. Su origen se dio debido a que la operación manual empleada en la actualidad provoca valiosas pérdidas de tiempo y materiales,
además de una clara variabilidad en la calidad del producto.
Primeramente, se comenzó por estudiar hasta el detalle la planta y su proceso de producción actual, para luego proponer y evaluar las alternativas de mejora. Se planteó entonces la instalación de un sistema SCADA, el cual se encuentra conectado a un PLC que enlaza al sistema de supervisión y control con los dispositivos de campo, tanto nuevos como existentes.
Finalmente, un estudio económico-financiero concluye que la inversión asociada al proyecto se encuentra largamente justificada.
The aim of this project is to get an automated functioning of a concrete plant, which is situated in the city of Urdinarrain in Entre Ríos. The manual operation which is currently used causes a valuable waste of time and materials; also the product quality is too variable. At first, the actual plant and its production process was studied in order to propose and evaluate alternatives of improvements. Then, the installation of a SCADA system was developed with the help of a PLC, which function is to link the supervision and control system with the new and the existing field elements. Finally, an economic and financial analysis reveals that the investment is amply justified.
