Abstract

In an academic framework and with the aim of developing a work that allows integrating the contents developed during the course of the Information Systems Engineering career, a company was selected for the elaboration of a formal organization project. It is a company dedicated to the preparation of qualified professionals in the field of technology, promote and develop studies and research, and train human resources of the highest academic level. In the first stage of the project, unmet needs were detected and the behavior and operation of the company were detailed, detailing its business processes. To meet the detected needs, a project objective was defined, and from this, a system objective and service levels that should satisfy. Based on the levels of service proposed and the survey carried out, a diagnosis was carried out, which confirms the previously detected needs. In the second stage of the project a solution model is proposed based on the diagnosis made in the previous stage, which contemplates new procedures and processes that improve the current situation of the company and seek to meet the proposed objectives.
