Abstract
– El presente trabajo pone a consideración el diseño y la implementación de un Autómata
Experto basado en reglas para la operación de un sistema de distribución en la fase de restablecimiento del
servicio. El Autómata posibilita al operador reconfigurar el alimentador ante una falla permanente. La
restitución se hace en un sentido óptimo teniendo en cuenta el perfil de tensiones y el nivel de pérdidas a
lo largo de los alimentadores sustitutos, también se tiene en cuenta la distribución uniforme de la carga
resultante. La información se entrega por pantalla y permite al operador reponer en forma precisa el
servicio al usuario, indicándole qué seccionadores debe operar para reconfigurar la distribución. El
conjunto de Reglas permite operar el Autómata en diferentes Sistemas de Distribución sin necesidad de
cambiar éstas, mostrando así su flexibilidad; también otorga un grado de independencia con respecto a la
experiencia que necesita poseer el operador.
This paper offers the design and implementation of a rule-based Expert System for operation of a distribution system in the phase of service restoration. The Expert System allows the operator to reconfigure the feeder on a permanent fault. The restoration would be in an optimal sense considering the voltage profile and the level of losses along substitutes feeders, it is also taken into account the uniform distribution of the load. The information is provided on a monitor and allows the operator to accurately restore the service to the user, indicating which switches must operate to reconfigure the distribution system. The set of rules can operate the Expert System in different distribution systems without changing them, showing its flexibility; also it provides a degree of independence from the operator’s experience.
