Abstract
El presente trabajo desarrolla un proceso de seguimiento de los graduados de la Universidad
Tecnológica Nacional, Facultad Regional Córdoba, mediante la elaboración de una encuesta anual
de manera digital que reúne toda la información pertinente para el análisis y el seguimiento
académico y profesional de los mismos, logrando obtener información que proporciona una visión
integral de sus trayectorias pos universitarias.
Para esto se explicará el motivo que impulsa el presente estudio, el cual está vinculado no solo a una
cuestión estratégica universitaria, sino también a un requisito académico de acreditación, de por
ejemplo las carreras de ingeniería. Además, se procederá a especificar cada una de las etapas de la
metodología desde su concepción, elección de grupo de muestra, elaboración de herramienta y
proceso de seguimiento final, de forma de poder establecer una metodología que asegure alcanzar
datos fehacientes y confiables, indicando el sustento metodológico científico que lo avala.
Como conclusión, se plantearán las ventajas de la herramienta diseñada que sientan las bases para
una gestión más efectiva y orientada al desarrollo continuo de la institución educativa.
This work develops a follow-up process of the graduates of the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional - Facultad Regional Córdoba, through the elaboration of an annual digital survey that gathers all the pertinent information for the analysis and academic and professional follow-up of the graduates, obtaining information that provides an integral vision of their post-university trajectories. For this purpose, the motive behind the present study will be explained, which is linked not only to a strategic university issue, but also to an academic requirement for the accreditation for example of engineering careers. In addition, each of the stages of the methodology will be specified from its conception, selection of the sample group, elaboration of the tool and final follow-up process, in order to establish a methodology that ensures obtaining reliable and trustworthy data, indicating the scientific methodological support that backs it up. In conclusion, the advantages of the designed tool will be presented, laying the foundations for a more effective management oriented to the continuous development of the educational institution.
