Abstract
Este proyecto final de carrera consiste en el diseño y cálculo de dos reactores para
la producción de inoculantes de soja.
En este proyecto se abordan cuatro áreas: mecánica, térmica, eléctrica y automatización. Se realiza mayor énfasis en las áreas mecánica y térmica, donde se
diseñan los componentes mecánicos involucrados y se confeccionan planos de
fabricación; también, se realizan los cálculos térmicos necesarios para el proceso de
esterilización de los reactores.
Se diseña la instalación para la automatización, donde se seleccionan sensores, un
PLC, un HMI para modificación y control de parámetros del proceso, variadores de
velocidad y accesorios; asimismo, se escogen todas las protecciones eléctricas
necesarias, de acuerdo con lo establecido por las normativas vigentes. Además, se
confeccionan los planos de cableado eléctrico.
Por último, se realiza la selección de equipos auxiliares necesarios para los
procesos como, por ejemplo, bombas.
This final degree project consists on the design and calculation of two reactors to produce soybean inoculants. Four areas are addressed in this project: mechanical, thermal, electrical and automation. Greater emphasis is placed on the mechanical and thermal areas, where the mechanical components involved are designed and manufacturing plans are drawn up. Also, the necessary thermal calculations are carried out for the sterilization process of the reactors. The installation is designed for automation, where sensors, a PLC, an HMI for modification and control of process parameters, variable speed drives and accessories are selected; Likewise, all the necessary electrical protections are chosen, in accordance to the current regulations. In addition, the electrical wiring plans are drawn up. Finally, the selection of auxiliary equipment necessary for the processes, such as pumps, is made
