Implementación de equipos ágiles en la asignatura de química : una estrategia para la permanencia y el desarrollo de competencias

Abstract
En este trabajo se presenta la propuesta de creación de Equipos Ágiles y su implementación para realizar actividades curriculares sincrónicas y asincrónicas de Química General, asignatura del ciclo básico de las carreras de ingeniería que se dictan en la FRSF, con excepción de Ingeniería en Sistemas de Información. Para conformar los equipos se diseñó un tablero de habilidades, implementado a través de una encuesta a los estudiantes, lo que sirvió de base para la asignación
de cada miembro con la ayuda de un programa ad hoc utilizando Matlab® App Designer. El objetivo principal de esta estrategia de enseñanza aprendizaje centrada en el alumno es poner en juego habilidades adquiridas por los estudiantes a través del trabajo grupal, en forma integrada y complementaria, para promover el desarrollo de competencias, mejorar los resultados académicos y contribuir a la permanencia de los ingresantes durante el primer año de educación universitaria.
This work presents the proposal for the creation of Agile Teams and their implementation to carry out synchronous and asynchronous curricular activities in General Chemistry, a subject in the basic cycle of engineering courses taught at the FRSF, with the exception of Information Systems Engineering. To form the teams, a skills board was designed, implemented through a student survey, which served as the basis for the assignment of each member with the help of an ad hoc program using Matlab® App Designer. The main objective of this student-centered teaching-learning strategy is to put into play skills acquired by students through group work, in an integrated and complementary way, to promote the development of skills, improve academic results and contribute to permanence of entrants during the first year of university education.
