Abstract
El proyecto presentado aquí, propone la ingeniería necesaria para transformar una pileta de efluentes de la planta FADEL S.A., en un biodigestor que aproveche todo el biogás posible generado por el efluente actual. La ingeniería prevé un sistema para calefacción del efluente que ingresa hoy a la pileta, el diseño de las etapas de extracción y acondicionamiento de biogás, como así también todos los componentes y elementos de control auxiliar para el mejor desempeño ambiental y de seguridad laboral.
The project presented here, suggest the required engineering to transform an effluent pool of the FADEL S.A. plant into a biodigester that takes advantage of all the possible biogas produced by the current effluent. The engineering estimated a system to heat up the effluent that enters to the pool, the design of the stages of extraction and preparation of biogas, as all components and auxiliary control elements for the best environmental performance and employment security.
