Abstract
En este trabajo se estudia la Capacidad de Medición y Calibración (CMC) de un auto colimador electrónico desarrollado en el Centro de Investigación y Transferencia en Metrología
-CEMETRO- de UTN FRC, tomando en cuenta los resultados de su calibración externa. El
instrumento está construido en base a un auto colimador analógico comercial, Nikon 6D,
y una interfaz visual ad hoc. La calibración fue realizada en el Laboratorio Nacional de
Ángulo de Argentina, INTI Córdoba, con trazabilidad internacional al patrón de referencia,
el auto colimador Trípticos TA300. El análisis de los resultados de la calibración permite obtener un modelo metrológico más preciso del auto colimador electrónico. Además, define
pautas para optimizar las prestaciones del instrumento mediante ajustes de diseño de la
interfaz visual electrónica conectada al auto colimador óptico Nikon 6D.
In this work we study the calibration and measurement capability of an electronic autoco limator developed in the Center of Research and transfer in Metrology -CEMETRO- of UTN FRC, taking into account the results of its external calibration. The instrument is built on the basis of a commercial analog auto-collimator, Nikon 6D, and an ad hoc visual interface. The calibration was carried out at the National Angle Laboratory of Argentina, INTI Córdoba, with international traceability to the reference standard (Trioptics TA300 autocolimator). The analysis of the calibration results allows us to obtain a more accurate metrological mo del of the electronic autocolimator. In addition, it defines guidelines to optimize the per formance of the instrument through design adjustments of the electronic visual interface connected to the Nikon 6D optical autocolimator.
