Abstract
Este trabajo presenta el desarrollo de un circuito integrado digital que permite la comunicación entre
un lector y un tag RFID. El chip cubre las funciones de decodificación, procesamiento y codificación,
y satisface con el protocolo de anticolisión. Está basado en norma ISO/IEC 14443-3 tipo A y se lo ha
implementado utilizando la tecnología de fabricación Global Foundries 8RF de 130 nm. Su diseño final
alcanza un consumo de 31 μW y ocupa un área de celdas de 43597 μm2.
This work presents the development of a digital integrated circuit that allows communication between a reader and an RFID tag. The chip covers the functions of decoding, processing and coding, and satisfies the anti-collision protocol. It is based on ISO / IEC 14443-3 type A and has been implemented using the Global Foundries 8RF 130 nm manufacturing technology. Its final design reaches a consumption of 31 μW and occupies a cell area of 43597 μm2.
