Abstract
El presente trabajo se efectuó bajo una metodología cualitativa de investigación y tuvo por objetivo
describir, analizar y categorizar las prácticas docentes de Matemática en la Universidad. El análisis estuvo centrado en dimensiones que surgieron del propio proceso de investigación, basadas en observaciones de clases y en los trabajos consultados, los cuales conforman la revisión bibliográfica. Las características exclusivas y particulares halladas en las clases de cada profesor permitieron la construcción de las diferentes configuraciones en las prácticas docentes de Matemática en la Universidad.
The present work was carried out under a qualitative research methodology with the aim of describing, analysing and categorizing the teaching practice of mathematics at the University. The analysis made focus on dimensions that arose from the study itself. These dimensions were constructed on the basis of class observations and review of the corresponding literature. The particular and exclusive characteristics found in the classes of each teacher let us construct the different configurations in the mathematical teaching practices at the University level.
