Item Inovation management and strategic impact(Advances in Business-Related Scientific Research Conference (Rome), 2014) Rezzónico, Ricardo; Muñoz, GladysThe paper reviews contributions on concepts and models of innovation management in the context of empowerment processes of development and of organizations management, in relation to the increase of their capabilities and competences, explaining and analyzing the factors that tend to limit their performance. It analyzes the links and the role of actors in local and regional systems of innovation as well as the participation and cooperation of those involved in matters of innovation promotion, on account of the potential impact of innovation on the improvement of policies and tools in public and private management, in a social and organizational level. Finally, it makes contributions and conceptualizations about learning and knowledge management in relation to the processes of organizational and social strategic innovation.Item Comunicación de riesgos: estrategias e instrumentos(2014) Rezzónico, Ricardo C.; Linares, Jorgelina; Muñoz, GladysEste artículo presenta una revisión bibliográfica exploratoria hacia una mirada conceptual y una valorización sobre los aspectos de la comunicación utilizados en el ámbito de la gestión de riesgos laborales multidimensionales en las organizaciones. Luego, se adentra en la identificación de los aspectos claves de la comunicación de riesgos, explicitando estrategias y herramientas utilizadas para tal fin, con el objetivo de incluir operativamente estas cuestiones y destacar su importancia en las rutinas de trabajo organizacionales. Complementariamente, se incluye −como una característica central a tener en cuenta− los constantes cambios del entorno de las organizaciones y el sentido de la adaptación de sus estrategias y herramientas para mantener su efectividad (eficiencia / eficacia), seguridad, salubridad, responsabilidad y sustentabilidad, en un contexto de desarrollo humano.Item Towards a sustainable risk management: Organizational complexity and achievement of strategic objectives(2013) Rezzónico, Ricardo C.; Fernández, Luciana E.; Muñoz, GladysThis article advances in analyzing and developing arguments about the possible convergence of different models of specific risk management, with the purpose of giving support to a Sustainable Risk Management (SRM), from a systemic perspective that takes into account the present complexity within the organizations. Thus, the management framework of ISO 31000:2009-Risk Management through which the promotion of a context of assessing diverse risks in an integrated way (such as the environmental, the related to health and occupational safety or to quality) is presented. Finally, we move forward in proposing the articulate inclusion of other strategic organizational subsystems such as innovation, knowledge management and others, which aims to enabling the emergence of synergistic effects between risk treatment and the set of decisions-actions related to its management, making an impact on achieving organizational objectives in a key way.
