Abstract
En el siguiente trabajo se ha realizado el diseño y cálculo de un equipo agrícola.
El mismo se trata de un pulverizador de arrastre que posee 3000 litros de capacidad y un
ancho de labor de 22 metros que lo hace apto para las satisfacer necesidades de pequeños y
medianos productores agrícolas.
En lo que se refiere a diseño, el pulverizador, está centrado en el sistema basculante del
botalón y fue diseñado para mantener una horizontabilidad constante entre botalón-suelo ante
cualquier exigencia del terreno.
En lo que concierne a la parte del cálculo, se observará que, mediante la utilización de un
software específico se ha realizado el cálculo de cada una de las piezas que lo componen. Allí,
se demuestra que cada una de ellas es capaz de resistir a los esfuerzos a las que estarán
exigidas, determinándose por último el tipo de material que se deberá utilizar para su posterior
fabricación.
In the following work it has been made the design and calculation of an agricultural equipment. It’s sprayer by trailed that has 3000 lts. of capacity and a wide of work of 22 mts. that allows it to satisfy necessities of little and medium agriculturals producers. In relation with the design, it’s centered in the pivoting system of the robb. It has been designed to mantein a constantly parallelism between robb – ground able to afford any ground request. In relation with the calculation, it seems that throw specific software, it has been made the calculation of each piece that compose the sprayer where it shows that each of them is capable of resist to the efforts that it will be request, determining at the end the kind of material that it should be used for the following manufacturing.
