Abstract
The Argentine Aircraft Factory (FAdeA), located in the city of Córdoba, played an important role in the economic history of our country, as a driving force for industrial development, especially during the period in which the so-called import substitution industrialization model (ISI). However, as a consequence of the ups and downs in Argentine aeronautical history, in recent decades knowledge on the subject has been lost and the list of companies capable of manufacturing and providing aeronautical products and supplies has been reduced. Along these lines, the selection of suppliers acquires relevant importance in logistics and supply chain management, and therefore any subjectivity in the decision process must be mitigated and eliminated given the risk that a poor choice entails in the field of the aeroparts. For this reason, the use of an appropriate multi-criteria method facilitates the choice, since it allows preferences to be considered with a more objective orientation in the process of selecting suppliers of aeronautical inputs. This investigative work carried out a comparative study between the different multi-criteria methods and techniques, among which we can mention the AHP, the Scoring, the Normalized Scoring, the Electre, Promethee, TOPSIS and ANELOS methods, applied to the selection of industry suppliers . aeronautics of the province of Córdoba. The advantages and disadvantages of each one were analyzed, to finally select two of them whose versatility and adaptability make them ideal to satisfy the need object of this study.
